We got a lot of snow this season here in Colorado and I found myself shoveling far more than I am used to.
As a result, my lower back got real grumpy, which prompted me to put the yoga sequence I used to feel better in video form!
If you’ve slept funny or overdid it with your back the day before, or like many right now, you’ve stuck sitting behind a computer, this quick sequence can be done daily to maintain and strengthen a healthy lower back.
Get your whole body moving, open your hamstrings, and tone the posterior (back) line of your body!
Take your time with this sequence – pause the video after learning each movement to practice in your own body, incorporate into your home yoga practice, or watch as inspiration as you plan your next yoga class.
Note: To access the video, you’ll need to create a (free) login.
